TV Series ›This Space For Rent‹
Optix created the opening for the CBC comedy; we utilized photos provided by the director Jason MacFarlane of Soft Citizen Productions. The collaboration involved creating a cut and paste urban environment to showcase a credit plate for each actor. The opening was intermingled with various other graphical elements, animated with stuttered frame sequences of the characters moving their way through Vancouver’s gritty Hastings neighbourhood, concluding with a reveal of the show’s title.
